Call as much as you want for the best rate from landline and cellular phone to China, Hong Kong, US & Canada @ 1 cent every Wednesdays. Other times @ 1.8 cents.

Please carefully proceed with the following steps:
1. Dial Times Telecom Local Access Number
2. Press "send / call" button
3. When you hear the voice prompt, dial the destination number 011 + country code + phone number
4. Press the pound key (#)

WARNING: Please do not press the "SEND/CALL" button after step 3 when you make a call, otherwise you will be subject to expensive long distance charges from your wireless service provider.
