What is my Times Telecom account portal?
My Times Telecom Account is an online management tool that lets you manage and update your account information, calling features and other preferences directly from our website. You can safely update your contact information, monitor your real-time billing information, view your call history, and modify other account settings online. Simply log into your account and select the appropriate section you wish to make changes, save and log out.

How do I get a username and password?
Simply sign up for a Times Telecom account. You will be asked to input a personalized user name and password that you will be able to use to log in into your account portal.

What happens if I forgot my username or password?
If you happen to forget your username or password, simply choose the "Forgot Your Username" or "Forgot Your Password" link found inside the account log-in box. You will then be asked to enter your email address and answer a verification question for authentication. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your username or password. I have an Apple Macintosh computer. Can I still access Times Telecom service and my account portal?
Yes, Times Telecom is compatible with Mac computers. In fact, both features are accessible via any current web browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape, etc), any computer (PC or Mac), and any computer applications (Windows or OSX).

I get a blank page when I try to access my voicemail on my account portal. Why is that?
Your web browser is missing cookies that allow you to access the page. To enable cookies, adhere to the following instructions according to your browser type and version:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x
Open Web Browser > Select Tools in the main menu > Select Internet Options > Select the Privacy tab > Select Advanced > Deselect Override Automatic Cookie Handling > Select Accept for First-party Cookies and select Accept for Third-party Cookies options > Select OK > Select OK to exit.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
Select Internet Options from the Tools menu > Click on the Security tab > Click Custom Level button > Scroll down to the Cookies section > Set Allow cookies that are stored on your computer to Enable > Set Allow per-session cookies to Enable > Click OK
Safari 2.x
Select System Preferences... from the Apple menu > In the window that opens, click the Security tab > Under Accept Cookies Select Only from sites you navigate to > Close the Window
Netscape 7.x or 6.x
Select Edit in the main menu > Select Preferences > Select the Privacy and Security category and expand the list > Select Cookies > Select one of the options that enables cookies > Select OK
