  Ans: Your purchase is not confirmed until one of our sales representatives contacts you (at your convenient time) to verify & confirm the sale.
• I love the deal on the phone, but I want to choose some other cell phone plan, what do I do?
  Ans: You can proceed by clicking on "Buy Now" and submitting the purchase form. When our sales representative contacts you, you can request details for all available plans and select any other plan that is eligible with the offer.   Ans: In your order package, you will also receive a rebate form that you need fill out and mail to us! Please note that only selected phones have cash rebate offers.
• Redeeming rebates can be complicated. What about your rebate process?
  Ans: We strive to keep our rebate application as simple as possible. If you bought a Cell Phone or Turbo Stick from us, all you need to do is fill out the short rebate form (included in package) and mail it to us along with proof of purchase - the serial# (HEX# - usually found under battery) and a scanned copy of your first months bill. We did not include all unnecessary time consuming requirements - usually found in other rebates.

Shipping/Delivery:

• How much does the shipping cost?

• I selected "Free Shipping" option. When will I receive my phone?
  Ans: For the phones that are available in stock, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of your order confirmation. For other phones that are not in stock, our sales rep. will inform you of the approximate arrival date.
• Can I pick up my order at your stores?

Our Return Policy:

• Can I return the phone if I do not like it?
  Ans: Our Wireless Return policy entitles you to an exchange/return within 10 days from purchase provided you have not exceeded 15 minutes of usage on the phone (must be in "like new" condition and in its original packaging, with all components included.)
