The Times Telecom dial up long distance service is a convenient calling solution that does not require switching phone lines. It is a cost-saving solution as long distance rates are low and you are only charged after you make a call.

You will simply need to dial the access number designated for your area and then follow the voice prompt to enter the destination number you wish to call.

Dial the Local Access Number designated for your area.
Follow the voice prompt to enter the destination number, following the instructions below:
- For calls within/to USA/Canada 1 + Area Code + Phone Number
- For International calls dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number

What if I call from a telephone number other than my registered number?
If you call from an unregistered phone number, the system will prompt you to enter your PIN. Using this method, you can make calls from anywhere in North America. Call customer service at 1-888-980-8380 to apply for a PIN.
