Dial Times Telecom Dial Up Local Access Number At the voice prompt, dial the long distance phone number you wish to reach: 011+ Country code + city code + phone number Press the pound key (#) Do not press the send/call key on your cellular phone .
You will still be using your mobile operator's service and will be billed according to their international rates.

You will hear a recorded message announcing that your phone number is registered to Times Telecom.
If the message says otherwise, then your account has not yet been activated by Times Telecom.
