You may opt out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
Transaction Information
Times may continually gather data concerning your transactions with Times, our partners or others. This information may include your long-distance usage and other information. Times use this data to provide you with better information, discounts and other offerings across our Network and from third parties.
Surveys
Surveys on our Network ask visitors for contact information (like their e-mail address). Times use contact data from our surveys to send users confirmation of having successfully submitted the survey, information about our company and promotional material. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Prospect Information
Our Network also collects prospect information from our users. Our users may provide another person's information, such as their friend's e-mail address, in order to send them content or offerings from our Network. The prospect's information is only used for the purpose for which it was submitted. This prospect information will never be shared with third party advertisers. Session Variables
Sites on our Network do not use "cookies" (a small data file that's stored on your hard drive). Times instead use session variables that tell the websites server whether you've logged in or not. Times need to know who you are so it can do things like show you your personal e-mail instead of showing you somebody else's. Times may also use cookies to track the performance of promotions and offerings on websites on our Network.
From time to time, some of the advertisers on our Network set cookies when you select their advertising banner or other forms of advertising. Any information collected by cookies received with banner ads are collected by those advertisers (or their third-party ad serving company or other agents), and Times does not always have access to that information. The advertiser's (and/or its third-party ad serving company's or other agent's) privacy policy will govern the use of this information, and Times is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.
External Links
Sites on our Network contain links to other sites. Times is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. As a general rule you should always look for and review a site's privacy policy before giving out any personal information.
