What happens if you can’t transfer my phone number?
Times Telecom offers you two solutions to this matter. You can cancel the service from your existing phone number, and get a new phone number by signing up to one of Times Telecom calling plans. Or, you can keep your existing phone number and downgrade to the minimum level of service, and add a Times Telecom phone number to help you make substantial savings on your outgoing calls.

Will my existing phone number still be listed in the White Pages?
No. Telephone directories do not list broadband phone numbers. Your number will become private. You can select to maintain your current listing by requesting in writing to update your information by email at csr@Times Telecom.com or by fax at (604) 279-8775. Online telephone directories will be updated automatically within 1 to 2 months, while paper telephone directories will be updated for the next issue, which can take up to 18 months.
