How do I set up my Times Telecom voicemail?
Your voicemail is automatically turned on by default the instant you activate your Times Telecom account. Download Times Telecom Voicemail User’s Guide for a detailed description on how to change your password, personalize your greeting, and manage your mailbox.

How do I access my Times Telecom voicemail?
There are 3 easy ways you can access your voicemail:
  1. To access your mailbox from any phone, anywhere, including cell phones: a. Dial you voicemail administration telephone number b. Enter your mailbox ID and press the pound key (#) c. If prompted, enter your password and press the pound key (#)

  2. To access your mailbox through your telephone number connected to your Times Telecom phone adaptor: a. Dial your voicemail telephone number b. Press star (*) when you hear your voicemail greeting c. If prompted, enter your password and press the pound key (#)

  3. To access your mailbox through your Web Account Portal a. Log into your account portal b. Select the Voicemail Tab c. Listen to your messages
Please be informed that if you have registered more than one phone number to your Times Telecom account, you will have to dial the phone number from which you would like to verify your voicemail.

Can I still use my answering machine to receive my voicemails?
You don’t need to use your answering machine anymore. Times Telecom lets you access your mailbox from any phone free of charge. However, if you prefer to use your answering machine instead of Times Telecom voicemail, simply turn off this service via your account portal or contact customer service.

What happens if I have more than one phone number registered to my Times Telecom account?
Each phone number, including Virtual Phone Numbers, has its own voicemail mailbox. You will have to dial the phone number from which you would like to verify your voicemail. Download Times Telecom Voicemail User’s Guide for a detailed description on how to manage your voicemail mailboxes.
