DIAL-UP POST PAY
Subscribers dial a local phone number, usually called an access number, from a registered phone number. Once recognized by Times Telecom network as a registered and authorized Times Telecom user, the subscriber then dials the recipient’s phone number using ANI Authentication (ANI = Caller ID): The ANI service is basically a simpler form of the PIN service. By matching the caller ID, against the customer’s registered phone number, the ANI service allows the customers to make a long distance call WITHOUT entering the PIN number. This process is called Dial Up. Please note, the ANI service only works from phones (home & cell) with no caller ID block; public phones with caller ID block are not able to use the ANI service. In this case a PIN would need to be given to the customer for authentication. This service is exactly like using a calling card and is available upon request at no extra cost.
EASY DIAL
Subscribers dial a local Easy Dial phone number (access number) from a registered (home or mobile) phone number. Once recognized by Times Telecom network as an authorized user, the system forwards the call to a predetermined long distance phone number. There is no additional dialing required; simply dial the Easy Dial number to reach a specified location anywhere in the world. Up to 10 Easy Dial phone numbers can be issued to each customer (Vancouver are).
DIRECT DIAL / EQUAL ACCESS
Subscribers can directly dial the long distance number without having to dial a local access number or any other additional digits. In order to utilize this service one would need to switch from the present local service provider to the Times Telecom International Network. Once customer service is contacted it will take approximately 5 – 7 business days for activation. After which the customer will be asked to verify if they have been switched by calling 1-700-555-4141. This number will sound a message indicating that the new long distance provider is Times Telecom. At that point the customer will be able to call out by picking up the phone and dialing straight out.

STEP ONE
Login to Streamworks
Customers will need to be inputted into the Streamworks call management software for activation. Open the IE browser and go to the following website:
https://timestelecom.ca/myAccount/login.aspx.
Type in the username and password, and click the “login” button. Then you will see the main menu as shown below:
STEP TWO
All fields on the long distance signup form are required to be filled except the identity type and number, you can leave it blank if customer does not want to provide you with this information, or if they simply don’t have one.
There are two options under our long distance service. If you are to sign up a customer for dial up service, please make sure you subscribe him/her to the desired plan when options are loaded.
STEP THREE
Upon selecting a plan, a phone number to register for the service is required. If it’s the same number as above, please enter it again.
STEP FOUR
Upon submitting the form, a summary of the application will be displayed. Please confirm if everything is correct. Click on the Back button to go back and make necessary changes. If all is correct, before sending the application to our CSR, please click on the Print button to print out an order confirmation paper and have the customer sign it.
You can print another copy for the customer to keep upon customer request.
STEP FIVE
When all is done, close the print window, go back to the summary page, and click Send button. The customer will be activated on streamwork by our CSR team within 24 hours.
